Payments can be made via UPI, debit or credit card, net banking, or Cash on Delivery where available. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount as displayed at checkout, including any applicable shipping charges or COD handling fees. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is not successfully received or verified.

Receiving an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — it confirms only that we have received it. We reserve the right to accept, hold, or reject any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, inaccurate product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. In the event that an order is rejected after payment has been made, a full refund will be initiated. Both prepaid and COD orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.

All orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines provided at checkout or via tracking are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural events, public holidays, government restrictions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of placing the order.

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return and Refund Policy. The Bad Frame does not offer replacements under any circumstances.
