Shipping Policy — The Bad Frame

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak periods such as festive seasons, sales, or high-demand launches, processing times may be slightly extended, and we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any delays. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification via email and/or SMS containing your shipment details and tracking information.
We currently ship across India and aim to cover a wide range of serviceable pin codes including metro cities, tier-2, and tier-3 locations. However, certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable by our logistics partners. If your location is not serviceable at checkout, you may contact us directly and we will make reasonable efforts to explore alternative arrangements where possible, though delivery cannot be guaranteed to all locations.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed, based on your delivery location and order value. For prepaid orders placed via UPI, credit or debit card, or net banking, shipping charges will be shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, a COD handling fee of ₹50 is applicable in addition to any applicable shipping charges. All shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except in cases where a return or refund has been approved due to damage or defect. We reserve the right to revise shipping charges at any time; however, the applicable charges will always be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order placement. For metro cities, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. For tier-2 and tier-3 cities, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days. For remote or rural areas, delivery may take 7 to 12 business days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control including courier partner delays, weather disruptions, public holidays, government restrictions, or other unforeseen logistical challenges. Delivery dates provided at checkout or via tracking are indicative only and are not guaranteed.
Cash on Delivery is available for selected serviceable pin codes, and availability will be determined at checkout based on your location. A COD handling fee of ₹50 applies to all COD orders and will be collected at the time of delivery along with the order amount. Customers must ensure that the full payment is ready in cash at the time of delivery and that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. We reserve the right to restrict or disable COD for customers who have previously refused deliveries without valid reason.
All products are packaged with care using protective wraps and cushioning materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit. While we take every precaution, minor external packaging wear may occur during transit and does not necessarily indicate product damage.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number and shipment details will be shared via email and/or SMS. You can use this information to track your order through the courier partner's tracking portal. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch, and real-time updates may occasionally be delayed depending on the logistics provider.
Our courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts. If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, an incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping will be subject to additional charges. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect information provided by the customer or recipient unavailability.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs or video evidence of the issue, and the original packaging retained. Upon verification, we will offer a refund at our discretion in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Claims made after the 48-hour window may not be accepted. In the event of a lost shipment confirmed by the courier partner, we will initiate a refund after completing the necessary investigation process.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing the order. We are not liable for delivery issues, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realise that your shipping details are incorrect, you must contact us immediately, as address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched.
Both prepaid and COD orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances. For prepaid orders cancelled within the 24-hour window, refunds will be processed to the original payment method after a deduction of 3.5% to cover non-refundable payment gateway charges. For COD orders cancelled within the 24-hour window, no charges apply. Repeated cancellations or refusals of COD orders without valid reason may result in COD being restricted for future orders.
By placing an order, customers agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information, be available to receive the shipment, pay all applicable charges including COD fees where applicable, and cooperate with any additional verification that may be required. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays, failed deliveries, or cancellation of the order.
